Ready to Ship Items
Items labeled as "Ready to Ship" are available for immediate shipping. These items ship within 2-3 business days and typically arrive in 3-4 business days after processing.
Please note that ready-to-ship and clearance items sell quickly and may still display as available online before our 48-hour inventory updates. If you purchase a sold-out ready-to-ship or clearance item, we will contact you directly.Prom Dresses and Luxe Clothing
All prom dresses are pre-order items, as are most pieces from our luxe clothing collections. These items require additional time for production and delivery. However, we do have a selection of ready-to-ship items available for immediate purchase.
Production and Shipping Times for Non-Ready to Ship Orders
For all pre-order items (including prom dresses and luxe clothing), please allow 25-30 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-4 days.
Clearance Items (BOGO Deals)
Processing time for clearance items is 5-8 business days before shipping.
To enjoy our BOGO offer, simply select two clearance items of your choice, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. The BOGO code only works for clearance items, so be sure to add only BOGO items to your cart.
Ordering Ready-to-Ship and Non-Ready-to-Ship Items Together
If you place an order with both ready-to-ship and non-ready-to-ship items, your entire order will ship when the non-ready-to-ship items are ready (typically within 15-20 business days). To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for ready-to-ship and non-ready-to-ship items.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are currently not accepting refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Important Information: Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Items
Adore Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items once shipped. All orders are sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for assistance or sign up for tracking alerts via the USPS website.
